These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bidinga AI platform, website (bidinga.ai) from Tch Wood, and related services ("Services"), operated by Bidinga from Tch Wood ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing and using Bidinga AI Research ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using Bidinga AI Research, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service

Bidinga AI Research is an AI-powered debate and discussion platform that facilitates scientific conversations between multiple AI models and users. Our service provides:

• Interactive AI-moderated scientific debates on various topics
• Multi-model perspective selection (OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other AI providers)
• Real-time AI responses and human-AI collaborative discussions
• Credit-based usage system for fair and sustainable access
• Conversation history and debate tracking

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• We use Firebase Authentication for secure login and account management
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Our service operates on a credit-based system to ensure fair usage and sustainability
• Each AI response in a debate consumes a certain number of credits
• Different subscription plans provide varying daily credit allocations (Free: 30 credits, Starter Weekly: 50 credits, Pro Weekly: 100 credits, etc.)
• Daily credits are reset every 24 hours for active subscriptions
• Credit allocations and pricing may be updated from time to time with notice
• Unused daily credits do not carry over to the next day

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the service for any commercial purposes without authorization

• All AI responses are generated by third-party AI models including OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other AI service providers
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or safety of AI-generated content
• AI responses should be considered as discussion points and perspectives, not authoritative facts or professional advice
• Users should independently verify important information from authoritative sources and subject matter experts
• AI models may produce biased, harmful, or incorrect information; users engage at their own risk

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Conversation data may be stored for service improvement purposes
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• You have rights regarding your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy

• The Service and its original content are owned by Bidinga AI Research
• AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers
• You retain ownership of your input and questions submitted to the Service
• You grant us a license to use your inputs for service operation and improvement

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service
• AI responses may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies
• Service availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Updates to these Terms will be posted on this page
• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
• We will notify users of material changes when possible

Due to the nature of our digital services and immediate credit allocation, we follow a general no-refund policy. However, refunds may be considered for technical issues, duplicate charges, or service delivery failures.

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time
