At Bidinga AI Research, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for our subscription-based credit services.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:
  • Starter Weekly: 50 credits/day for ₹99/week
  • Pro Weekly: 100 credits/day for ₹199/week
  • Starter Monthly: 50 credits/day for ₹349/month
  • Pro Monthly: 100 credits/day for ₹649/month
  • Premium Monthly: 200 credits/day for ₹999/month
  • Business Monthly: 500 credits/day for ₹1,999/month
3. Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team
  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your daily credits until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged
4. Refund Policy
Important: Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate availability of credits upon purchase, we generally follow a no-refund policy once credits have been allocated to your account.
However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
  • Technical Issues: If our service was unavailable or non-functional for a significant portion of your subscription period due to issues on our end
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription by mistake
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was made without your authorization (subject to verification)
  • Service Not Delivered: If credits were not allocated to your account after a successful payment
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

Decision & Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use credits within the subscription period
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses (as AI outputs vary and cannot be guaranteed)
  • Partial usage of subscription credits
7. Prorated Refunds
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Unused daily credits do not carry over and are not refundable
8. Payment Disputes
  • If you believe there has been an error with your payment, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider
  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension
  • We reserve the right to challenge fraudulent chargebacks
